Michelle Meyers

Hi, I’m Michelle—Founder and CEO of AZ Soul Retreats and a proud Minnezonan. Born in Minnesota and thriving under Arizona’s sun since 2013, my journey so far has been a mix of adventure, crafting experiences that truly matter, and intense personal growth.

In 2007, my husband Pete and I set off on an 18-month, around-the-world journey to volunteer and expand our view of the world. It was on that adventure that I fell in love with the transformative power of travel and immersive experiences.

My first retreat wasn’t about business—it was about reconnecting with myself and Pete when we got back home.

When I moved to Arizona in 2013, the desert’s magic became my secret weapon for managing stress and fueling growth.

It’s still my go-to for inspiration and balance.

At Realtor.com, I built loyal fans as VP of Customer Experience. At Opendoor, I managed a $2 billion operation and drove $13 billion in annual sales, refining strategy and execution at every turn.

And now? I pour those skills into crafting retreats that wow, connect, and deliver impact.

Retreats have been my lifeline, helping me juggle all my roles—wife, mom, businesswoman—while staying grounded.
