How to De-Stress This Summer

Let's dive into these relaxing summer activities that you can incorporate into your daily routine to get rid of your summer time stress. 

Michelle's 10 Tips for De-Stressing This Summer

  1. Float in a Pool

    Especially if you are in AZ, there's nothing like floating in a near weightless environment  to melt away stress. Spend some time floating in a pool, letting the cool water relax your body and mind. Float away the stress baby!

  2. Visit a Nearby Lake

    Take a trip to a local lake for a change of scenery. The natural beauty and calming water can help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated. The quick travel will bring out your adventure side, relieving you of your current to do’s.

  3. Cold Plunge

    If you're feeling brave, try a cold plunge! This popular health trend has its reasons.  This invigorating practice can boost your mood and reduce stress levels. 

  4. Create a Signature Mocktail

    Get creative in the kitchen and mix up your own signature mocktail. Enjoying a refreshing drink with fresh ingredients can be a fun and relaxing activity that will be just what you need to wash away your worries.

  5. Go to a Matinee Movie

    After a refreshing shower, take a nap with a fan gently blowing on you. The combination of clean skin and a cool breeze can be incredibly soothing for the body and mind. P.s. elevate your experience by playing spa or meditation music.

  7. Meditate Outside Early Morning

    Start your day with a peaceful outdoor meditation session. The early morning calm and coolness can enhance your meditation practice. Hear the birds chirping, see the sun rising, and experience the peace and serene energy the morning brings.
